一种差分运行方式新型无刷双馈发电机的仿真和实验研究

摘要 无刷双馈电机是一种具有广泛应用前景的新型电机。以往研究的无刷双馈电机无论采用的是何种转子结构,其自然同步速均为60-f/︱(p_1+p_2)︱,即基于和调制的运行方式。为了提高无刷双馈电机的自然同步速,扩大其运行和控制范围,提升电机的功率密度,该文提出一种基于差分运行方式的新型无刷双馈电机,即自然同步速为60-f/|p1-p2|。采用绕线转子结构给出该种电机的设计方法,并结合一种1/4对极发电机的设计实例建立电机的有限元模型进行详细分析。研制实验样机并对其空载和负载性能进行测试。仿真和实验结果均证实了电机设计方案的正确性。 The brushless doubly-fed machine (BDFM) is a new type electrical machine which has broad application prospects. In previous work, the natural speed of BDFM is all 60ifl(Pl+P2) no matter what rotor configuration you adopt, i.e. based on the additive mode. In order to improve the machine's natural speed, to extend its operating range and control area and to elevate the power density of BDFM, the author introduces a new BDFM based on differential modes, i.e. the natural speed is 60JT^x-P21. The paper illustrated the machine's design method making use of the wound-rotor. Combining a designed example of one 1/4 pole pair generator, the finite-element model for BDFM was established and a detailed analysis was implemented. The experimental prototype was developed, whose no-load and load performances were measured and analyzed by the author. The validity of the design proposal is verified by simulation and experimental results.
