针刺联合凉血消疮饮治疗湿热蕴结型痤疮的临床疗效及对TNF-α和IL-6的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨针刺联合凉血消疮饮治疗湿热蕴结型痤疮的临床疗效及对TNF-α和IL-6的影响。方法:选取2014年6月至2016年12月鄂东医疗集团黄石市中心医院收治的湿热蕴结型痤疮患者90例,按照随机数表法,将入组患者分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组患者接受凉血消疮饮治疗,观察组患者接受针刺联合凉血消疮饮治疗。比较2组患者的治疗效果及血清激素水平,肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率大于对照组患者(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者血清中激素黄体生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E_2)的水平高于对照组患者,睾酮(T)的水平低于对照组患者;血清中炎性因子TNF-α、IL-6的水平低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合凉血消疮饮可显著提升湿热蕴结型痤疮患者的治疗效果,优化激素水平并减轻全身炎性反应。 Objective: To study the effect of acupuncture combined with Liangxuexiaocuoyin on Heat-Damp Syndrome acne and their influence on TNF-α and IL-6. Methods: A total of 90 cases of Heat-Damp Syndrome acne patients in our hospital during June2014 to December 2016 were chosen as research subject. According to the random number table method,all patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each. Patients in control group were treated with Liangxuexiaocuoyin only and those in observation group were treated with acupuncture combined with Liangxuexiaocuoyin. The treatment effect,serum hormone levels,contents of TNF-α and IL-6 in two groups were compared. Results: Total efficiency in observation group was higher than that in control group( P〈0. 05); After treatment,serum contents of hormones such as LH,and E2 were higher than those in control group,and testosterone was significantly lower than that in control group; serum contents of inflammatory factors such as TNF-α and IL-6 were lower than those in control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with Liangxuexiaocuoyin can significantly improve treatment effects of Heat-Damp Syndrome acne patients,optimize hormone levels and reduce systemic inflammatory response.
