当前我国经济发展进入新常态,经济下行压力大,面临着产能过剩、投资不足、产业升级缓慢等各项严峻的挑战。在这一重要的战略机遇期,继续坚持全面深化改革,逐步建立包容性的政治制度和包容性的经济制度,将有利于我国经济的长期稳定增长。
