日本采用的政府主导型的市场经济制度对促进农业适应国际形势,保障国内农业安全稳定发展起到了重要作用。日本农业管理的主要特点包括依法行政,不断调整加强对农业的支持政策,同时充分发挥农协等农业合作组织的作用。我国应借鉴其成功经验,不断完善农业法律体系,加大农业支持力度,并进一步促进农业社会化服务体系的发展,以不断促进农业的高效优质发展。

The market economy system in Japan was dominated by government.It promoted the healthy and stable development of agriculture in Japan.The main features of agricultural administrative system in Japan included law-based administration, constantly adjusting and strengthening support policies for agriculture, and making full use of Japanese Agricultural Cooperatives.We should improve the agricultural law system, strengthen agricultural supporting system and promote the development of rural？service system, so as to continuously promote the effective and high-quality development of agriculture.
