摘要
目的探讨等离子射频治疗小儿鼾症的术中护理配合及护理临床效果。方法取自2015年4月至2016年4月大连市中心医院耳鼻喉科收治的小儿鼾症60例,随机分为对照组30例,采用等离子射频治疗及常规护理方案,试验组30例,应用等离子射频治疗的基础上配合优质护理方案,观察两组患者的出血量、黏膜脱落时间、住院天数及临床护理满意度。结果试验组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论等离子射频治疗配合优质护理方案可明显缩减小术中出血量、黏膜愈合时间及住院天数,并提高临床护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the plasma radiofrequency treatment of snoring intraoperative nursing clinical effect. Methods 60 cases of children with snoring disease from April 2015 to April 2016 in Dalian central hospital were admitted to Department of ENT. The control group received routine nursing care, the experimental group used high quality nursing plan, observe two groups of patients with bleeding, mucosal shedding time, hospitalization time and clinical nursing satisfaction. Results The experimental group was better than the control group, with statistical difference（P 0.05）. ConclusionThe effect of plasma radiofrequency treatment with high quality nursing is obvious, and it can improve the clinical nursing satisfaction.
