微创经皮钢板固定术在胫骨远端关节外骨折治疗中的应用分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨分析在胫骨远端关节外骨折患者中应用微创经皮钢板固定术的效果及价值。方法将106例胫骨远端关节外骨折患者随机进行编号,并按照编号将其分为钢板组和髓内钉组,钢板组采用微创经皮钢板固定术治疗,髓内钉组采用交锁髓内钉治疗。观察术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、手术时间等临床指标,并评估各自临床疗效。结果 2组术中出血量数据间相差无几(P>0.05),但钢板组骨折愈合时间及手术时间均较髓内钉组显著缩短(P<0.05);2组临床疗效等级数据比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05),且钢板组总有效率为96.23%,显著高于髓内钉组的79.25%(P<0.05)。结论微创精辟钢板内固定术能够显著缩短胫骨远端关节外骨折患者的愈合时间,改善关节活动功能。
