OCT快速和重复扫描法在青光眼诊断中的应用价值对比分析

摘要 目的对比光学相干断层成像术(OCT)快速和重复扫描法在青光眼诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2016年1月至2016年6月我院收治的84例原发性开角型青光眼患者,采用OCT测量患者的视网膜神经纤维层(RNFL)厚度,分别采用快速及重复扫描法2种方案进行测量,记录2种测量方法下视盘区域鼻区、下区、上区、中颞区四个象限的总体平均RNFL厚度及其相关系数及变异数。结果快速法在视盘区域鼻区、下区、上区、中颞区的ICC值分别为0.830、0.910、0.855、0.917,CV值分别为6.81%、7.18%、5.13%、7.21%;重复扫描法在视盘区域鼻区、下区、上区、中颞区的ICC值分别为0.908、0.917、0.868、0.961,CV值分别为6.03%、6.90%、4.68%、5.03%;经t检验及χ~2检验,重复扫描法在视盘区域四个象限的ICC值、CV值均明显优于快速测量法,均有P<0.05。结论相对于快速法,OCT重复扫描法在评估青光眼RNFL中精确性更高,可作为青光眼诊断的辅助诊断方式。
