摘要
当今商业社会环境变化莫测,这对处在这一大环境中的企业管理提出了更高的要求。如何更有效、更科学地管理企业,成为管理者的新问题。基于平衡计分卡的发展现状,针对陕西东岭集团在当今契机下升级更新绩效评价体系的必要性进行剖析,最后通过对平衡计分卡在陕西东岭集团引用的环境进行研究,结合平衡计分卡理论,就其所处的竞争环境、企业特性、劳动力需求等方面,对陕西东岭集团引入平衡计分卡的适用性进行系统思考,以期为我国企业在绩效管理中引入平衡计分卡提供经验。

"How to more effective and scientific management of enterprises?"Become the new problem for managers.Through the design of the bal- anced scorecard concept,at the same time for shaanxi dongling group under the opportunity today,to upgrade the performance evaluation system, analyzes the necessity of the final by reference to the balanced scorecard in shaanxi dongling group environment study, combining the theory of balanced scorecard, the competition environment, enterprise features, the demand for Labour of shaanxi dongling group is in- troduced into the applicability of the balanced scorecard has carried on the system thinking, so as to our country enterprise in performance management to provide experience for the introduction of the balanced scorecard.
