摘要
农村商业银行(简称"农商银行"),是立足于农村,服务农民,在经营银行业务的同时为农村的发展提供经济支持的股份制地方性金融机构。随着各地农信社纷纷改制转型成为农商银行,日益壮大了农商银行的队伍,极大地增强了其在中小金融机构中的竞争力,扮演着越来越重要的角色。然而银行业的竞争归根结底是人才的竞争,人尽其才,才尽其用,才能更好地发展。培养作为人才竞争的焦点,其合适与否在很大程度上决定了农商银行能否在激烈的市场竞争中生存和发展。
