基于场域论视角的高校青年教师发展制约因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 高校是一个由处于不同位置的人构成的具有独特逻辑关系的教育场域,在这个场域中,不同位置的人为获取最大利益或更多的资本而不断产生着争夺或冲突。运用布迪厄"资本""惯习"和"场域"的概念,分析高校青年教师发展问题,发现青年教师在高校场域中,由于文化资本、经济资本、社会资本的欠缺,处在高校场域中的边缘位置。青年教师一方面需要累积自身资本,另一方面也需要高校的顶层设计,从而实现高校青年教师的良性发展。 Colleges and universities are an educational field with unique logical relations between people in different positions.In this field, people in different positions are constantly competing or conflicting with the greatest benefit or more capitals.By using the concept of "capi- tal" "habitus" "field" in Bourdieu' s theory, and analyzing the development of young teachers in colleges and universities, we can find that young teachers in the edge of the field of colleges and universities due to the lack of cultural capital, economic capital, social capital.On the one hand, young teachers should accumulate their own capital, on the other hand, they also need the top design from university, so that the healthy development of youn~ teachers in colleges and universities can be achieved.
