《旅游法》实施背景下居民出游行为研究——以广东省佛山市为例

《旅游法》实施的目的是保障旅游者和旅游经营者的合法权益,规范旅游市场秩序,保护和合理利用旅游资源,促进旅游业持续健康发展。在此背景下旅游者出游行为会受到一些影响,出游决策更趋于理性。通过调研对《旅游法》实施背景下居民出游行为进行分析,得到如下结论:居民出游动机以休闲、娱乐、度假为主,居民获取旅游信息渠道以互联网搜索为主。居民期待出游频度较高,居民出游限制因素主要是经济能力与时间,居民出游同伴选择以朋友、家人为主,居民出游时段以双休日周末为主,居民出游方式呈现多样化,但以自助游、自驾游为主,居民出游目的地主要在广东省内,以山水风光旅游地为主,居民出游平均消费额度集中在3 000元以下,居民出游饮食喜欢地方特色小吃与经济型酒店饮食,居民出游住宿以青年旅社或经济型酒店为主,居民出游购物喜欢购买当地的特产与纪念品。居民旅游满意度一般,根据居民出游行为特征提出相应的经营管理建议。

The purpose of the ＂Tourism Law＂ is to protect the legitimate rights and interests of tourists and tour operators, regulate the order of the tourism market, protect and rational use of tourism resources, and promote the sustained and healthy development of tourism.In this context, the travel behavior of tourists will be affected, and the travel decision becomes more rational.Through the investigation and analy- sis, the following conclusions can be drawn from the analysis of the residents＇ travel behavior in the background of the implementation of Tourism Law.Foshan City has the good tourist environment, the public travel motivation to leisure, entertainment, vacation-oriented,the public access to tourism information channels to the Internet search-based, high expectations of public travel, public travel constraints are mainly economic capacity and time, People choose to travel with friends, family-based, the public travel time to weekend weekend-based, public travel diversified, but the self-help travel, driving the main travel destinations are mainly in Guangdong Province, to scenic land- scapes, The average amount of consumption concentrated in the 3,000 yuan, the public travel restaurants like local snacks and economy hotel food and beverage, the public travel accommodation to youth hostels or budget hotels, the public travel shopping like to buy local spe- cialties and souvenirs, The public travel satisfaction is general, according to the characteristics travel behavior, some corresponding busi- ness management recommendations are propswed for travel operators.
