贸易便利化下自贸区跨境电子商务:一个文献综述

Free Trade Area Cross-border E-commerce under the Trade Facilitation:A Literature Review

跨境电子商务作为一种新型的国际贸易发展方式,正逐渐成为新常态下稳外贸增长、促经济发展的新动力、新引擎。自贸区作为一种全新的通过贸易便利化政策来实现贸易集聚的新模式,给跨境电子商务带来了新的机遇,引发了学者们的特别关注。因此,探索贸易便利化、跨境电子商务、进出口贸易三者之间的关系就有重要的现实意义。基于此,梳理当前国内外已有的理论研究文献,并进行比较性评述,指出未来的研究方向。

As a new type of international trade development, cross-border e-commerce is becoming a new driving force for the steady growth of foreign trade and economic development under the new normal.Free trade area as a new trade facilitation policy to achieve a new pattern of trade gathering, cross-border e-commerce has brought new opportunities, triggering the special attention of scholars.It is of great practical significance to explo^e the relationship between trade facilitation, cross-border e-commerce, import and export trade between the three.In this paper,the existing theoretical research literature at home and abroad are reviewed,and the future research directions are pointed out.
