基于PCI-1712的高精度驱动脉冲方法研究

摘要 为在实际工程应用中充分的利用硬件资源和更好的进行测试系统设计,在基于虚拟仪器的功率器件测试系统基础上,对PCI-1712的模拟量输出通道和计数器进行了特性研究,分析了各自产生带死区互补PWM的原理及方法,并分别以连续脉冲、有限脉冲和双脉冲为例进行详细分析。以及对这些方法中产生干扰短脉冲的原理和消除策略进行了研究。 In order to make full use of hardware resources and design better testing system,the characteristics of analog output channels and the counters of PCI-1712 are studied on the base of testing system for power devices based on virtual instrument,the principles and methods of producing complementary PWM with dead zone are analyzed,also detailed analysis of these methods is made by respectively taking the continuous pulse,finite pulse,and double pulse as example.Last,the principles and the elimination strategies of short interfering pulse created by these methods are studied in this paper.
