基于JSP技术的企业员工信息管理系统的研究与实现

Research and Implementation of Enterprise Employee Information Managemengt System Based on JSP Technology

随着国内经济的快速发展,市场竞争程度日趋激烈,尤其对于企业更是如此。企业迫切需要提高办公效率,提升整体竞争力,企业中员工信息管理对企业整个管理系统的建设非常重要。本文从企业员工信息管理系统的设计、实现以及JSP技术的优势三个方面来分析研究,利用Tomcat技术,JSP技术和MySQL数据库技术,实现包含系统登录模块,员工基本信息管理模块,员工扩展信息管理模块,员工事物管理模块以及系统管理模块的企业员工信息管理系统。

With the rapid development of domestic economy,the market competition is increasingly fierce,especially for enterprises.The enterprise urgently needs to improve the office efficiency and the overall competitiveness.The employee information management in the enterprise is very important for the whole management system construction.This thesis analyzes the design,implementation and advantages of JSP technology from three aspects of enterprise employee information management system,using Tomcat technology,JSP technology and My SQL database technology,which implements the information management system for enterprise employees including system register,staff basic information management,employee extension information,employee transaction and system management module.
