摘要
目的:分析对功能性消化不良患者使用中西医结合疗法的临床效果。方法:收集我院收治的200例功能性消化不良患者,将其使用随机方法分为对照组和观察组均100例。对照组使用西医方法治疗,观察组在此基础上应用中医方法治疗。结果:观察组治疗效果明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),而两组并发症发生率差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:在对功能性消化不良患者实施临床治疗时,使用中西医结合治疗的方法可取得明显更佳的临床疗效,有较高使用价值。
objective to analyze the clinical effect of combination therapy of Chinese and western medicine for patients with functional dyspepsia. Methods 200 patients with functional dyspepsia were collected and treated in our hospital. The random method was divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with western medicine, and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine. Results the treatment effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）, while the incidence of complications of the two groups was not significant （P BBB 0. 0.05）. Conclusion in clinical treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia, the combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine can achieve significantly better clinical curative effect and have higher value.
