目的:评价病案终末质控系统的应用效果,探究改进方向。方法:通过系统的功能描述及用户体验,从系统操作的便捷性、质控流程间的连贯性、反馈环节的及时性、系统可扩展性等维度,应用重要性-绩效表现分析(IPA)方法评价系统实施效果。结果:通过对4个维度10个问题模块进行IPA矩阵划分,十个问题分别集中于第一、第三和第四象限。结论:基础维护模块的操作性、筛选至评分和评分至查询流程模块的连贯性有待进一步关注,检查表单反馈模块可以重点改进,提升用户满意度。

Objective： To evaluate the improvement of the application effect of the terminal quality control system. Methods： Through the system function description and user experience, from the system operation convenience, the continuity between the quality control process, the timeliness of the feedback link, the system scalability and other dimensions with the importance of perfomlance analysis （IPA） method evaluation system hnplementation Effect. Results： By dividing the IPA matrix of 10-dimension modules, the ten questions are focused on the first third and fourth quadrants respectively. Conclusion： The operability of the basic maintenance module, the screening to the score and the score to the query process module coherence need to be further concerned, check the form feedback module can focus on improvement, enhance customer satisfaction.
