The Establishment and Clinical Application of Intelligent Interpretation of Inspection Report

目的:开发医学检验结果的智能化解读系统,为临床医生提供方便快捷的结果解读及有价值的建议。方法:依托现有的实验室信息管理系统(LIS),利用专家系统库规则,对检验数据做出综合分析和解释。结果:实现了检验危急值等重要信息提示和项目临床意义的查询;多项检测指标的联合分析及新旧值对比和追溯,并为临床提供诊疗建议。结论:智能化是实验室信息系统发展的重要目标,开发医学检验报告单智能解读系统可充分利用检验数据辅助临床诊疗,发挥检验的辅助职能,更好地为临床医生和病患提供结果解释和咨询服务。

Objective： To develop the intelligent interpretation system for medical inspection results, and provide convenient and fast result interpretation and valuable suggestions for clinicians. Methods： Relying on the existing laboratory information management system （LIS）, a comprehensive analysis and interpretation of the inspection data is made by using the expert system library rules. Results： The query of key infonnation prompt such as critical value of inspection and clinical significance of the project is realized; and the joint analysis of several inspection indexes and the comparison and retrospection of the new and old values provide diagnosis and treatment suggestions for the clinical practice. Conclusion： Intelligence is an important goal of laboratory information system development. The development of intelligent interpretation system of medical inspection report can make full use of inspection data to help with clinical diagnosis and treatment, play the auxiliary function of inspection, and provide clinicians and patients with result interpretation and consulting services better.
