摘要
目的:总结医院感染实时监控系统在南京市江宁医院的应用实施以及心得体会和探索。方法:系统采用B/S架构,通过数据访问中间件技术实现感染数据的获取,并提供多种高效实用的功能模块。结果:医院感染预防控制工作成效显著,医院感染发病率逐步下降,微生物标本送检率稳步提高。结论:通过实施医院感染实时监控系统,医院的感染监测效率和质量得到了显著提升。
Objective: To summarize the application of the Real-time Monitoring system of Nosocomial Infections, and to explore some experience. Methods: The system, which is developed based on B/S architecture, obtains the related data using the technology of middleware. Besides, it provides many high efficient and practical modules. Results: The infection management had made great progress, such as gradually decreasing infection rate and steadily increasing microbiological specimen submission rate. Conclusion: After the application of the Real-time Monitoring system of Nosocomial Infections, both of the work efficiency and quality had got significant improvements.
