摘要
目的了解2016年7月-9月拱墅区5岁以下腹泻患儿轮状病毒和诺如病毒感染状况,为该地区儿童腹泻的防治提供科学依据。方法收集辖区内哨点医院2016年7月-9月5岁以下腹泻门诊患儿粪便标本,采用实时荧光定量PCR方法进行轮状病毒和诺如病毒核酸的检测。结果 169份标本中,病毒总阳性率为15.4%,轮状病毒阳性率为6.5%,诺如病毒阳性率为8.4%。诺如病毒和轮状病毒检出率在各年龄组和性别方面差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。轮状病毒不同月份阳性率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。诺如病毒不同月份阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),检出率以9月最高(17.9%),轮状病毒的检出率以7月为最高(12.5%)。结论 7月-9月病毒性腹泻非高发季节,拱墅区腹泻婴幼患儿病毒感染率高达15.4%,存在混合感染现象,感染对象以2岁以下婴幼儿为主。
Objective To investigate the infectious state of rotavirus( RV) and norovirus( NV) among children with diarrhea under five years old during July-September in 2016 in Hangzhou,so as to provide bases for the prevention,treatment and control of diarrhea. Methods Stool samples were collected from children patients with diarrhea from July to august in 2015 for the detection of RV and NV nucleic acids by real-time PCR( RT-PCR). Results In the 169 cases with diarrhea,the total detection rate of virus was 15. 4%( RV for 6. 51%,NV for 8. 37%),and the differences on the detection rates of RV and NV were not statistically significant( P〈0. 05). That of NV among different months had statistical significance( P〈0. 05),with the highest NV detection rate of 17. 85% in September,and RV detection rate of 12. 5% in July. Conclusion From July to September,the non-high season of viral diarrhea,the incidence rate of children with diarrhea in Gongshu District is as high as 15. 4%,and there is mixed infection,with the infection objects mainly infants under 2 years old.
