女性强戒人员的非理性信念、事件影响特点、药物渴求及其关系研究

IRRATIONAL BELIEFS,EVENT IMPACT,DRUG CRAVING AND ITS RELATIONSHIP OF FEMAL DRUG ADDICTS

目的:探讨女性强戒人员的非理性信念、事件影响特点、渴求度水平及其关系。方法:2017年2月采用非理性信念量表、事件影响量表、渴求度量表对随机抽取的255名女性强戒人员进行横断面调查分析。结果:女性海洛因强戒人员与新型毒品强戒者的人口学特点及滥用史均存在差异;女性强戒者的年龄、毒品滥用年限与渴求度水平均呈显著正相关;海洛因强戒者的渴求度得分高于新型毒品者;事件影响的回避性、警觉性均与非理性信念量表的吸毒功效、毒品依赖均存在正相关;以渴求度为因变量进行回归分析发现,个体吸食毒品的类型、毒品使用年限,非理性信念的吸毒功效、毒品依赖共解释渴求度45.1%的变异。结论:女性海洛因强戒人员与新型毒品者存在人口学特点及滥用史的差异,事件影响与吸毒者的非理性信念均存在一定的相关性;女性强戒人员对毒品的渴求度受其吸食毒品的类型、毒品滥用年限及其非理性信念的影响,可从女性强戒人员的非理性信念特点出发进行分类戒治以降低其毒品渴求度。

Objective： To explore the irrational beliefs,event impact characteristics,drug craving levels and their relationships among the femal drug addicts.Methods： A total of 255 female drug abusers were randomly selected in a compulsory isolated detoxification institute and surveyed with Irrational Belief Scale,Event Impact Scale and Craving Scale.Results： Female heroin addicts are different from new drug addicts in demographic characteristics and history of abuse,the craving rate of heroin addicts was higher than that of new drug addicts; The age,years of drug abuse and the craving level were positively correlated,The avoidance and alertness of event effects were positively related to the efficacy and drug dependence of irrational belief scale; The craving degree was used as the dependent variable to find the regression analysis,The types of drug,years of drug abuse,the drug efficiency and drug dependence of irrational beliefs are significant predictors,and could explain 45. 1% of the total variance of drug craving.Conclusion： Female heroin addicts are different from new drug addicts. There is a positive correlation between the impact of events and irrational beliefs of drug addicts, drug cravings areinfluenced by the type of drug,years of drug abuse and the irrational beliefs of drug addicts,intervention to reduce drug cravings can be based on irrational beliefs of female addicts.
