平衡计分卡在我国开放大学中的应用探讨

Discussion on the Application of Balanced Scorecard in Open Universities

平衡计分卡因其优于传统绩效管理工具的特性在我国得到了广泛的应用。开放大学作为我国实施成人教育的主要阵地,绩效管理工作通过平衡计分卡的应用得到改进,但在运行过程中出现了问题和障碍。通过梳理开放大学绩效管理问题思路,提出解决对策和建议,以期系统性提升我国开放大学的整体绩效管理水平。

Balanced Scorecard is widely used in our country due to its superiority to the traditional performance management tools. Open University,as the main position for implementing adult education in our country,improves performance management through the application of Balanced Scorecard. However,during the operation,problems and obstacles appeared. Through combing the ideas of performance management in adult colleges and universities,proposed solutions and suggestions to improve the overall performance of open universities in our country systematically.
