精准扶贫背景下独立学院贫困生资助模式探索

针对以前粗放式资助模式的缺点,通过对往年贫困生资助效果分析,借鉴国家对贫困家庭"精准扶贫"的方式,提出高校贫困生资助方式方面改进的建议,建立高校贫困生精准资助"负反馈"模型。该研究可有效解决以往"大锅饭"式的资助方式,对资助资金优化以及提高资助效果有重要意义。
