高职高专环境法教学面临的问题及对策分析

The Problems and Countermeasures of Higher Vocational College Environmental Law Teaching

党的十九大提出要完善职业教育和培训体系,深化产教融合、校企合作。作为环保类高等职业院校,环境法课程教学改革在依法治国和生态文明建设的大背景下具有更加重要的意义。环境法律法规近年来发生了很多重大变化。鉴于此,在反思高职高专院校环境法教学的基础上,对目前教改过程中存在的主要问题进行梳理,提出完善高职高专环境法课程建设的建议。

The nineteen Party of the party proposed to improve the vocational education and training system,deepen the integration of production and education,school enterprise cooperation. As higher vocational school for environmental protection,it is great important to reform education of environmental law in the context of ecological civilization and ruling the country by law. Many significant changes had taken place in process of legislation of the environmental law in the past few years. On the basis of reflecting on the teaching of environmental law in higher vocational colleges,sorts out the main problems existing in the current teaching reform process,and put forward some suggestions for improving the construction of environmental law curriculum in higher vocational colleges.
