改革思政课教学培养高职生守法精神实践研究 被引量:1

摘要 在全面推进依法治国、建设中国特色社会主义法治国家进程中,高职生守法精神的培养非常重要,但高职思政课培养守法精神现状及表现不够理想:教学目标以生为本定位不准影响了高职生知法,教学设计内容方法创新不够影响了高职生信法,教学原则理论联系实际贯彻不力影响了高职生用法。通过思政课改革,锤炼提升教师教学能力助高职生有效学习法律,整合再造教材助高职生有序信仰法律,优化组合教法助高职生有恒践行法律,进而培养高职生守法精神。 With our nation comprehensively implementing ruling the country by law and building a country under the rule of law with Chinese characteristics,it is important and urgent to cultivate vocational college students' spirit of abiding by law. The present situation and performance of teaching to cultivate vocational college students' spirit of abiding by law are not ideal.It influences the vocational college students' understanding of law for lack of location of teaching objectives which are student oriented.It influences the vocational college students' trust in law for lack of innovations of teaching methods which are used for content design.It influences the vocational college students' use of law for lack of the implement of linking theory with practice. Thus,problems in teaching are pointed out and several innovative suggestions are put forward to strive for its effectiveness,such as improving the effective learning law of teachers' teaching ability to help vocational college students,integrating reengineering materials to help vocational college students' orderly belief law and optimizing methods to help cultivating vocational college students' law keeping spirit.
