民族地区扶贫作为中国政府治理的重要战略任务,是全面决胜小康社会的重要环节,也是民族地区社会和谐稳定的重要保障。五大发展理念作为一种合成概念,从理念、目标和操作维度与民族地区扶贫实践达成了高度的契合,在机制生成动力、资源补位方式、发展方向定位、地理向度延展、成本效能流动等方面为民族地区扶贫实践提供着路径导引,对于如期实现全面建成小康社会的奋斗目标,提升少数民族公众的安全感和归属感,维护边疆地区和谐稳定具有积极意义。

As an important strategic task of Chinese government governance, poverty alleviation in Ethnic Areas is not only an important part of building China into a moderately prosperous society in all respects, but also an important guarantee for social harmony and stability in ethnic areas. Five development concepts as a synthetic concept, is highly corresponding to poverty alleviation practice in ethnic areas in concept, goal and operation dimensions. The five development concepts provide guidance for the practice of poverty alleviation in ethnic areas in terms of the mechanism of generating power, the way of resource replenishment, development orientation, geographical dimension extension, and resource efficiency improvement, which has an positive significance to maintain the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, to enhance the sense of security and belonging of the minority public, and to maintain the harmony and stability of the border areas.
