摘要 论文认为我国少数民族实现双语必须是两大指标,一是语言指标,即语言习得指标,具体是母语是否得以传承,通用语是否掌握好。二是社会指标,即语言习得是否促进了语言关系的和谐,民族的团结。如果只完成前一指标,那只是狭义的双语指标,不是完全的双语指标。 The dissertation holds that there should be two major indicato~ to measure the realization of bilingualism in ethnic minorities. The first one is the linguistic index, that is, the index of language acquisition, specifically whether the mother tongue can be inherited or not, and whether the common language is well mastered. The second is social indicators, that is, whether language acquisition promotes the harmony of language relations and national unity. Simply completion of the previous indicator is just a narrow bilingual indicator, not a complete one.
