The methods of document analysis, logical analysis, practice summary and expert interview have been taken here. A deep analysis has been made on the 24 skills of Qinna about Diao and Na in terms of their origins, appliance, differences and cooperation with other skills in this article. The article aims not only to give a brief introduction of the gesture, but also to delvep deeper into these two skills＇ internal rule change. We wish the article could provide reference for the research of Qinna and help Qinna lovers to have a deep understanding and mastery of it.
