摘要
文章运用文献资料法与逻辑推理法,指出竞技套路因迎合"高、难、美、新"的规则而忽视了中国武术的健身与养生、技击、教育等价值,并提出建议:竞技套路欲长足发展,必须回归中国武术之技击性与文化性。
This paper, using literature method and logical reasoning method, points out that competitive Wushu routines neglect the values of fitness and health maintenance, art of attack and defense, and education for the sake of catering to the rules of ＂being elegant, difficult, delightful and novel＂. Therefore, suggestions are put forward that the sustainable development of Chinese Wushu must be returned to the characteristics of art of attack and defense and culture of Chinese Wushu.
