武汉体育学院开设“盾牌刀”选修课可行性研究

Feasibility Study on the Elective Course of "Shield & Knife" in Wuhan Sports Institute

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法以及数据统计法,就武汉体育学院开设"盾牌刀"运动选修课的可行性展开研究。研究认为,武汉体育学院具备开展"盾牌刀"选修课程的可行性。有着悠久历史和独特文化底蕴的"盾牌刀"运动,在体育类高校开展符合现阶段发展优秀传统文化以及新时期高等院校课程改革的要求。传统武术进校园方面讲,作为传统军事武术项目,"盾牌刀"不仅能丰富学生的课程学习,而且能对学生以后的发展起到积极的促进作用。武汉体育学院现实条件而言,完备的教学设施、积极向上的学习氛围和雄厚的师资力量等优势条件是武汉体育学院开展"盾牌刀"选修课的现实性基础。

This paper explores the feasibility of the ＂Shield Knife＂ exercise elective course in Wuhan Sports University, using the methods of literature, questionnaire survey, expert interview and data statistics. The results show that the ＂Shield Knife＂ movement is a traditional military sport with a long history and unique cultural background, and it is in line with the requirements of the development of excellent traditional culture and the curriculum reform of colleges and universities in the new period in sports colleges and universities. Not only can it enrich the students of the course, but also for the future development of students play a positive role. At the same time, Wuhan Sports University has complete teaching facilities, positive learning atmosphere and strong teachers to carry out the ＂Shield Knife＂ elective course. This article aims to provide a theoretical basis for the ＂Shield Knife＂ movement into the sports colleges and universities through the introduction of the ＂Shield Knife＂ movement and the usefulness and feasibility of the sport.
