摘要
文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析等研究方法,探讨健身气功对人的身心健康的影响。通过多年的教学经验,通过实验发现,健身气功的主要作用有:增强肌肉和神经的反应灵敏性;增强腿部力量,提高平衡性;健身气功对全身的肌肉有一定的按摩作用,同时也能改善脑部供血。通过研究,以期能为相关专家和学者提供理论参考。
In this paper, the author uses the literature method, logical analysis method and other research methods to explore the impact of fitness Qigong on physical and mental health of people. Through years of teaching experiences and experiments, the main effect of Qigong: first, enhancing the reaction sensitivity of muscles and nerves; second, enhancing leg strength, improving the balance of muscles; third, Qigong has a certain massage function, but also can improve the blood supply to the brain. Through this study, the author hopes to provide some theoretical references for the relevant experts and scholars.
