摘要 网络时代呈现出与传统社会非常不同的新特征,信息资源成为重要的执政资源。信息具有多元性、开放性、互动性等特点,信息的大众化也在一定程度上改变了信息单一渠道传播的方式,给我们党借助网络改进执政方式,提高党建工作的效率提供了条件,同时也进一步丰富了党建工作的内容。党校是党委直接领导下的重要工作部门之一,是共产党对入党积极分子、党员和党员干部进行培训和教育的学校,进一步增强了党员干部的党性,发挥着党员的先锋模范带头作用。党校还是一个研究党的建设理论的场所。党的十七大提出"党建网络化",这是时代的发展和科技的进步给党校党建工作提出的一个全新要求。本文阐述了党校党建工作现在面临的主要问题,提出如何能充分利用网络的优势来构建有效的党校党建工作机制的对策,使得我们党能够不断创新,紧跟时代步伐。 the Internet era presents new features which are very different from traditional society, and theinformation resources become important governing resources. Information has the characteristics of diversity,openness, interactivity, information popularization also changed the single channel transmission of informationto a certain extent, our party to improve the ruling mode by means of network, provide the conditions toimprove the efficiency of the work of Party building, but also further enrich the content of the work of Partybuilding. Party school is one of the important departments of Party committees work under the directleadership of the Communist Party, is the party activists and Party members, cadres training and education, tofurther enhance the party members and cadres of the party, play an exemplary vanguard role. Party school isalso a place to study the theory of Party building. The party's 17th Congress put forward the "party buildingnetwork", which is the development of the times and progress of science and technology, and put forwardanew requirement for the party building work of the party school. This paper expounds the main problems ofParty building work of Party school is now facing, puts forward the Countermeasures of how to make full use ofthe advantages of the network to build the effective mechanism of the party building work of Party school, sothat our party can innovate, keep pace with the times.
