新生代农民工受城乡二元结构的制度、收入偏下的经济现状、政治参与途径缺失以及法律不完善等制度因素的影响,导致他们成为"政治边缘人",出现了政治行为方式与政治意识不一致的现象。通过经济建设、社会环境的改变以及户籍制度的调整,逐步优化新生代农民工的政治意识与政治行为方式,鼓励其用积极的态度和正确的方式参与到现代政治生活。
