领导道德:分层次内涵与实现机制

摘要 "领导道德"是社会最具示范性和渗透性的职业道德。理论上领导道德就是其个人品质的体现,可以从角色责任、角色行为、角色调解和角色影响四个方面进行探讨。领导应致力于扩大非权力性影响,提高道德资本的利润。基于现实考量,需要道德更应具体化为实践内涵,这包括坚持全心全意为人民服务的道德素养,法制规范下的科学与民主的道德素养,用权为民、廉洁奉公和办事公道的道德素养,艰苦奋斗、精诚团结和开拓进取的道德状态。通过构建内化机制和激励机制,加强制度建设,构建基础性行为规范,以外在强制力量来强化领导道德的实现。 "leadership ethics "is the most demonstrative and permeability of moral society. Theoreticallyleadership ethics is just the embodiment of their personal qualities, the role responsibility, role behavior, therole of mediation and the role of affect four aspects. Based on the reality, mortal need more specificconnotation into practice which includes four aspects. serving the people wholeheartedly ,under the legal normsof the moral accomplishment of science and democracy, unavailability for the people, integrity, and fair moralaccomplishment, the arduous struggle, solidarity, and pioneering spirit of moral status. Realization of moralleadership need to build internalization mechanism and incentive mechanism, to strengthen the construction,to construct the moral basic codes, to strengthen the implementation of moral leadership in external force.
