摘要
竹材加工中去除竹青、增加表面润湿性是一个重要环节。目前主要采用机械方法通过磨削、刨切的方法来除去竹青,这些方法存在切削量大、纤维损失量大、刀具磨损严重等问题。本文尝试利用激光去除竹青,介绍了激光加工的原理,研究了激光功率一定情况下,进给速度与表面粗糙度、切削量之间的关系,分析得出:当激光功率一定时,进给速度越快表面粗糙度越小,切削量也越小,通过控制竹片进给可以控制竹材加工时所需表面粗糙度和切削厚度。
Scaling bamboon green and increasing bamboo surface wettability are important steps in bamboo wood processing. The bamboon green is mainly removed by mechanical methods of grinding and slicing at present, which can bring about such problems as large cutting output, great fiber loss and serious tool wear, etc. The paper introduces a new method of scaling bamboo green by laser and examines the relationship between feeding speed and surface roughness and cutting output when the laser power is given. It is proved that the more quickly feeding speed, the smaller the surface roughness and the less cutting output under the same laser power. Thus, the surface roughness and the slicing thickness can be obtained by taking control of feeding speed during the bamboo wood processing.
