脑血管病治疗药物的安全性评价

Safety evaluation of therapeutic drugs for cerebrovascular disease

目的研究分析对脑血管疾病患者应用药物治疗的安全性评价。方法选取104例脑血管疾病患者为主要研究对象,利用计算机技术产生随机数进行分组,分为常规组和研究组,其中常规组为52例,采用常规治疗措施,研究组为52例,应用舒血宁注射液治疗,比较两组用药安全性以及临床疗效。结果统计数据并比较,研究组总有效率为(96.15%),常规组总有效率为(82.69%),同时研究组不良反应发生率为(3.85%),常规组不良反应发生率为(15.38%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗前,两组血液流变情况比较差异不明显;治疗后,研究组全血黏度以及血浆黏度变化指标均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑血管疾病患者的治疗环节中,积极应用舒血宁注射液治疗措施,有着十分优异的治疗效果,并且不良反应极低,应用价值非常明显,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the safety evaluation of the application of drug therapy in patients with cerebrovascular disease.Methods A total of 104 patients were selected as the main subjects,and random numbers were generated by computer technology.The patients were divided into two groups: conventional group and study group.Using conventional treatment measures,the study group of 52 cases,the application of Shu blood Ning injection treatment,compared the safety of the two groups of drugs and clinical efficacy.Results The total effective rate was(96.15%) in the study group and(82.69%) in the conventional group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was(3.85%),the incidence of adverse reactions in the conventional group was(15.38%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood viscosity of the two groups was not significantly different.After treatment,the blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of the study group were better than those of the control group The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with cerebrovascular disease,the active application of Shu blood Ning injection treatment measures,has a very excellent treatment effect,and the adverse reaction is very low,the application value is very obvious,worthy of clinical promotion.
