摘要
对家兔用胶原酶施行实验性髓核化学溶解术。结果表明,胶原酶注射后3周,腰椎间盘髓核(LNP)总胶原和可溶性胶原可增多,这似与组织损伤后胶原纤维的反应性增生有关;胶原酶虽然并不影响蛋白多糖的总量,但可使糖醛酸与氨基多糖的比值变小,提示它能够改变各类氨基多糖的比例,引起组织的纤维软骨化。
The experimental chemonucleolysis was performed in rabbits withcollagenase.The results showed that 3 weeks after injection of collagenase,thecontents of total and soluble collagen increased because of reactive fibrosis relatedwith traumatized tissue;the ratio of uronic acids to glycosaminoglycans decreased,although the content of proteoglycans dip not change.Those changes suggestedthat chemonucleolysis with collagenase may cause the dissolution of collagen andreactive fibrosis of LNP.
