肠道菌群失调与肠易激综合征关系的研究进展

Research progress of relationship between intestinal flora disorder and irritable bowel syndrome

在临床治疗中,肠易激综合征是一种十分常见的疾病。近年来,随着外界环境和人们生活方式的改变,肠易激综合征发病率逐年升高,发病人群数量不断增多。肠易激综合征主要的临床表现为腹部不适、腹胀以及腹痛等,严重影响了患者的正常生活,降低生活质量,带给患者较大的生活压力。在目前的医疗背景下,尚未明确肠易激综合征具体的发病机制,诊断肠易激综合征主要依靠相关临床症状与体检排查。但通过相关的研究和资料显示,肠道免疫炎症反应、内脏敏感度过高、肠道相关的屏障功能遭到破坏和不同的肠道菌群相互拮抗和竞争以及肠道动力障碍均可能与肠易激综合征发病有关。随着研究深入,发现肠易激综合征与肠道菌群的关系较为密切。机体内部存在着大量的肠道菌群,研究显示,调节肠道菌群的重要手段为干预益生菌。本文主要对肠道菌群失调以及肠易激综合征之间的关系进行一些研究和分析。

Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) is a very common disease in clinical treatment.In recent years,with the change of the external environment and lifestyle,the incidence of irritable bowel syndrome increases year by year,and the number of people suffering from the disease is increasing.The main clinical manifestations of irritable bowel syndrome are abdominal discomfort,abdominal distension and abdominal pain,which seriously affect the normal life of patients,reduce the quality of life,and bring greater pressure on life.In the current medical setting,the specific pathogenesis of irritable bowel syndrome has not yet been defined.The diagnosis of irritable bowel syndrome depends mainly on clinical symptoms and physical examination.But through the research and the relevant data showed that the intestinal immune inflammation,visceral sensitivity is too high,the destruction of the intestinal barrier function associated with different intestinal flora of antagonism and competition as well as gastrointestinal motility disorder and may be related to the pathogenesis of irritable bowel syndrome.With the further study,it is found that irritable bowel syndrome is closely related to intestinal flora.There are a large number of intestinal bacteria in the body,and studies have shown that an important means of regulating intestinal flora is to intervene probiotics.This article mainly studies and analyzes the relationship between intestinal flora disorder and irritable bowel syndrome.
