摘要
目的:探讨3D打印辅助下,自体牙移植术在临床应用中的可行性。方法:选取2016-08~2017-08我院口腔科就诊患者19例,根据其口腔颌面锥形束CT(CBCT)扫描结果,提取供体牙(第三磨牙)数据,3D打印形成树脂模型,在接受移植位点根据复制模型预先制备合适的牙槽窝,拔出供体牙,植入牙槽窝,固定。术后8周记录植入牙与周围骨组织结合情况。结果:19例患者中,2例失访;13例行自体牙移植术后供体牙愈合良好;4例为失败病例,自体牙移植成功率为68.42%。结论:3D打印技术辅助自体牙移植术,可减少离体操作时间,提高移植成功率。
Objective:To evaluate the feasibility of autogenous tooth transplantation with 3D printing technology in clinical application. Methods: Nineteen patients were admitted from August 2016 to 2017 in department of stomatology.According to the CBCT scan results,the donor tooth data was extracted and the resin model was formed in 3D printing,in the transplant site,the approptiate tooth socket was prepared in advance according to the replication model, the donor tooth was extracted and the socket was implanted. The situation of surrounding combined implanted tooth were recorded eight weeks after operation. Results: In 19 cases, 2 cases were lost,13 cases the donor tooth healed well,4 cases were failed.The success rate of autogenous tooth transplantation was 68.42% Conclusion: Autogenous tooth transplantation trans 3D pla printing technique can reduce ex--vivo operation time and increase the success rate of
