Perioperative anesthetic experience of laryngeal papilloma in children with severe airway obstruction

目的:探讨重度气道梗阻小儿喉乳头状瘤围术期的麻醉处理方法。方法:回顾性分析我院耳鼻喉科2007-06~2017-06收治的重度气道梗阻喉乳头状瘤患儿50例,共接受手术117次。记录围术期的麻醉方法并分析麻醉效果。结果:患儿入室后情绪佳,术中生命体征平稳,麻醉效果满意,均顺利完成手术,安全度过围术期。结论:术前充分的心理干预和评估,安全的麻醉诱导和气管插管方法,合理的麻醉维持,恢复期的密切监测是重度气道梗阻小儿喉乳头状瘤围术期麻醉的关键。

Objective： To explore the anesthesia methond of laryngeal papilloma in children with severe airway obstruction. Methods： Fifty children with severe airway obstruction of laryngeal papilloma who received 117 times surgery under general anesthesia in our hospital from July 2007 to 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. The perioperative anesthetic methods were recorded and the anesthetic effect was analyzed.Results： The patients had good mood after entering the room, the vital signs were stable and the anesthetic effect was satisfactory. The operation was completed successfully and the perioperative period was safely passed. Conclusion：Preoperative psychological intervention and sufficient assessment, the safe method of anesthesia induction and endotraeheal intubation, reasonable anesthesia maintain, close monitoring of recovery are the key of perioperative anesthesia for severe airway obstruction of laryngeal papilloma.
