摘要
目的探讨分析CT引导下精准微波消融在肝癌治疗中的应用价值。方法实验时间为2014年12月~2017年6月,实验对象为在我院接受治疗的90例肝癌患者,将所选患者随机分为观察组(n=45)以及对照组(n=45),对照组给予经肝动脉化学栓塞术(TACE)治疗,观察组给予CT引导下精准微波消融治疗,实验结束之后,对两组患者的临床疗效以及不良反应发生率进行比较分析。结果通过比较发现,观察组患者的总有效率为97.8%,不良反应发生率为6.7%;对照组患者的总有效率为84.4%,不良反应发生率为24.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相对于经肝动脉化学栓塞术来说,CT引导下精准微波消融治疗肝癌患者疗效显著,安全性较高,可有效的减少不良反应,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the value of CT-guided precision microwave ablation in the treatment of liver cancer. Methods From December 2012 to February 2017, 90 patients with liver cancer who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(n = 45) and control group(n = 45). The control group was treated with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE). The observation group was treated with CT-guided microwave ablation. After the end of the experiment, the clinical curative effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 97.8% and the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.7% in the observation group. The total effective rate was 84.4% in the control group and 24.4% in the adverse reaction group. There was a significant difference between the two groups The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization, CT-guided precision microwave ablation is effective and safe in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. It can effectively reduce the adverse reaction and has high clinical value and is worthy of clinical application.
