摘要 目的:探讨单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂(GM1)联合1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)对新生儿窒息(NA)并发缺血缺氧性脑病(HIE)患儿心功能、肾功能和血糖的影响。方法:选取2015年12月至2016年12月广东省汕头市潮阳区大峰医院收治的NA并发HIE患儿120例,随机分为A组和B组,每组60例。A组给予GM1治疗,B组在此基础上给予FDP治疗。比较两组患儿血清肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCR)及血糖水平。记录两组新生儿神经行为评分(NBNA)。结果:治疗后,B组血清CK、CK-MB、BUN、SCR及血糖水平均明显低于A组和治疗前,NBNA评分明显高于A组和治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:GM1联合FDP治疗可有效改善NA并发HIE患儿的心功能、肾功能、血糖水平以及神经行为。 Objective: To investigate the effect of monosialotetrahexosylganglioside(GM1)combined with fructose-1,6-diphosphate(FDP)on cardiac function,renal function and blood glucose in newborn infants with asphyxia complicated by hypoxic ischemia encephalopathy(HIE). Methods: From December 2015 to December 2016,120 cases with neonatal asphyxia(NA)complicated with HIE in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B,with 60 cases in each group. The infants in group A were treated with GM1,and those in group B were treated with GM1 and FDP. The creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),urea nitrogen(BUN),and serum creatinine(SCR)levels as well as neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA)score were detected and compared. Results: After treatment,the serum levels of CK,CK-MB,BUN,SCR and blood glucose in group B were significantly lower than those in group A,while the NBNA score was notably higher(P〉0. 05). Conclusion: The combination of GM1 and FDP could effectively improve the cardiac function,renal function,neurological function and blood glucose level in newborn infants with asphyxia complicated by HIE.
