摘要
基于永磁电机技术对灌溉用7.5kw潜水泵进行改造,实现节能目的。阐述利用有限元等手段对电机改造的设计过程,通过实际测试,证明改造后节能效果明显。
The 7.5kW submersible pump, based on the permanent magnet motor, used for irrigation is reformed to achieve the purpose of energy saving. The design process of motor transformation by means of finite element method is introduced. It is proved that the energy saving effect is obvious after the transformation through practical test.
