摘要
针对现有计量业务核查与监控方法不能满足计量管理人员对计量业务管控和运维管理需要的现状,提出计量业务监督管控平台设计方案,介绍系统架构设计和系统功能,分析系统的关键技术实现,并说明系统的预期效果。
According the existing metering service verification and monitoring methods can not meet the management needs of metering management personnel for metering business control and operation and maintenance,this paper presents the design projeect of control service and control platform,introduces the system architecture design and the realization of the system function,analyzes the key technologies of the system and explains the application effect.
