摘要
针对新国标比亚迪E6电动汽车充电异常的问题,经过现场调查查找原因、理论分析与实际布线整改得到原因为现场充电机与充电桩之间施工布线未按照标准要求施工,致使充电电流过大,充电机与充电桩之间的通信受工频电源电磁的干扰,充电过程突然停跳致电动汽车充电异常,并提出针对该类问题的整改措施。
By abnormal recharging new Chinese Standard BYD E6 electrombile,this paper finds that missing standard wiring between charging generator and charging pile leads to charging sudden stop fault when charging current too high,when the communication between charging generator and charging pile disturbed by power frequency electromagnetic,and demonstrates the reasons of the problem by theory analysis and wiring reform,and proposes further reform measures aiming at this kind of problem.
