摘要 介绍了KR法和单喷法脱硫工艺的原理以及其在迁钢公司的应用实践,重点对比了2种脱硫工艺的脱硫剂消耗、脱硫周期、脱硫率、一次脱硫命中率、扒渣量、温降、转炉冶炼回硫量以及运行成本。结果表明,KR法在脱硫周期、脱硫率、一次脱硫命中率、扒渣量、转炉冶炼回硫量和运行成本等方面优势明显,大中型钢铁企业宜用KR法脱硫工艺。 This paper introduces the principle of KR and single injection desulfurization processes and the application practice in Qian' an Steel Company. The main process indexes, which include the desulphurizer consumption, desulfurization cycle, desulfurization rate, first desulphurization hit rate, slag volume, temperature drop , sulfur recovery in converter and operation cost , have an in- depth comparison. The results show that the KR process has obvious advantages in desulphurization cycle, desulphurization rate, first desulphurization hit rate, slag volume, sulfur recovery in converter and operation cost. It is better for large and medium steel enterprises to set the KR desulphurization process.
