装备质量与可靠性培训课程体系建设研究

Research on the construction of equipment quality and reliability training course system

本文在对质量与可靠性培训对象进行人员分类的基础上，通过搭建课程体系框架、工作职责分析、建立能力素质模型、能力素质和课程转换、设计开发培训课程、构建培训课程体系等6个步骤，构建了适合装备建设发展需要的质量与可靠性培训课程体系，同时提出了相应的运行对策。

Based on the classification of the trainees of the quality and reliability, this paper constructs the training course system by six steps including constructing the curriculum system framework, the job responsibility analysis, the establishment of the competency model, the ability and the quality of the curriculum, the design and development training course, and the construction of the training course system. This paper also constructs the training system of quality and reliability suitable for the development of equipment construction. At the same time, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
