不对称双眼皮整形修复术的临床疗效分析

目的探讨不对称双眼皮整形修复术的临床治疗效果。方法 2013年1月至2016年6月40例患者,采用小切口手术方法,去除眶隔多脂肪以及眼轮匝肌,应用部分埋线重睑成形微创技术进行治疗。结果 40例患者满意28例,基本满意10例,不满意2例,满意率为95.0%。结论应用小切口、去脂、部分埋线的手术方法治疗不对称双眼皮,患者恢复快速,易于术者操作,临床治疗效果明显,获得了比较满意的美学效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of asymmetric double eyelid plastic surgery. Methods January 2013 - June 2016 40 patients with small incision surgery, removal of orbital fat and orbicularis muscle, application of minimally invasive technique for treatment of catgut embedding double eyelid. Results 40 patients were satisfied with the results of the treatment in 28 cases, and the results were satisfactory in all of the 10 patients, and the satisfaction rate was only 95%. Conclusion Small incision, fat, part of catgut embedding method of surgical treatment in patients with asymmetric double eyelid, rapid recovery, easy operation, clinical treatment effect is obvious, obtained satisfactory aesthetic effect.
