区域经济发展定量评价——以云南地区为例

Quantitative Evaluation of Regional Economic Development: Taking Yunnan Province as an Example

区域经济发展水平的评价结果是当地政府规划区域经济发展对策的重要依据。文章以云南省为例,选取经济实力、基础能力、开放程度3个一级指标,及向下8个二级指标和18个三级指标,构建区域经济发展评价指标体系。运用多元统计中的主成分分析法对原指标进行数据统计分析,建立评价模型,对云南省16个单位市/州的经济发展进行定量评价,针对性地提出对策与建议。

The assessment result of the development level of region economy is the important gist for local government to develop the region economy. This paper take Yunnan Province as example,choosing economic strength,basic ability and the degree of opening as 3 first class indexes and 8 second class indexes,18 third class indexes downward,to establish a evaluation index system of regional economic development.And applying PCA of multivariate statistics to do statistical analysis based on original indexes data and build a evaluation model,The article can evaluate economic development of 16 cities or states in Yunnan Province quantitatively and put forward correspongding strategies and advices specifically.
