摘要
随着气象观测要素不断增加,气象观测装备备件的种类也不断增多。本文通过对贵州省气象观测装备备件故障率进行分析,初步判断出气象观测装备的磨合期、稳定期、衰减报废期的运行时长;利用EOQ模型计算出气象观测装备备件的最低库存量与其故障率曲线紧密相关。通过对气象观测装备备件的故障率曲线分析发现,同一气象观测装备备件在不同生命周期阶段其故障率曲线分布也不一样。
With the increasing number of meteorological observational elements, the types of spare parts for meteorological observation equipment are also increasing. In this paper, the failure rate of meteorological observation equipment spare parts in Guizhou province is analyzed to determine the run-in period, the stable period and the decaying end-of-life of meteorological observation equipment. The EOQ model is used and it finds out that the minimum inventory of meteorological observation equipment spare parts is closely related its failure rate curve. According to the analysis of failure rate curve of spare parts of meteorological observation equipment, the distribution of failure rate curves of spare parts of the same meteorological observation equipment at different life stages is also different.
