在建筑工程管理中最重要的就是建筑工程造价估算,在建筑工程的前期阶段,建筑工程项目造价估算是必不可少的关键部分。由于建筑工程项目受到很多方面因素的制约,所以建筑工程项目的造价估算的准确性也受到相应的影响。人工智能技术在建筑工程造价估算中的应用,可以提高建筑工程造价估算的准确率。本文对建筑工程造价估算的研究现状进行了分析,对人工智能技术的应用进行了研究,对基于人工智能技术的建筑工程造价估算进行了研究。

The most important part in construction management is the estimation of construction cost. In the early stage of construction,the cost estimation of construction projects is an essential part. As the construction project is subject to many factors, the accuracy of the cost estimate of the construction project is also affected accordingly. Application of artificial intelligence technology in estimation of construction costs can raise the accuracy of estimation of construction costs. In this paper, the research status of construction cost estimation is analyzed, the application of artificial intelligence technology is studied, and the estimation of construction cost based on artificial intelligence technology is studied.
